Billing questions
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. The trial lasts 14 days. Choose a plan any time before it ends to keep going.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices exclude VAT. VAT is added at checkout where it applies.
Can I pay once a year?
Yes. Pay for a year at once and get 2 months free: €290, €590 or €1,290 a year. You can switch between monthly and annual in the billing portal.
What is the founding offer?
The first 50 paying customers get 20% off for life, on monthly and annual plans. It stays while your subscription stays active, including when you change plan, and it applies to the current price of your plan. It ends if the subscription ends.
What if I have more seats or projects than my plan?
After a move to a smaller plan nobody is removed and nothing is deleted. Everyone keeps access; you can invite people and create projects again once you are back within the limit.
What happens if I cancel?
Everything works until the end of the period you paid for (the end of the year on an annual plan; there are no partial refunds). Then the account locks. Your clients can still leave feedback for 30 days, and your projects and feedback are kept for 12 months before they are deleted.
What if a payment fails?
You have 7 days to update your card, and everything keeps working in the meantime.
Do my clients pay anything?
No. Clients never need an account or a plan. They click the spot, type a comment and send it.
