Questions
Do my clients need an account?
No. They press Feedback on the site, click the spot and type. Adding their name is optional; without it the comment is shown as from "Client".
Which websites does it work on?
Any site where you can add a script tag: Webflow, WordPress, Framer and custom builds, on desktop, tablet and phone.
What is captured with each comment?
A screenshot of the part of the page the client could see, the pin position, the page address and title, the browser and system with versions, the device type, the window and screen size, and the pixel ratio.
What do my clients see about privacy?
Every comment box has a Privacy link. It explains that feedback is collected on behalf of the site owner and what is sent. You can read it at Privacy for feedback.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your account locks when the paid period ends. Clients can still leave feedback for 30 days, and your projects and feedback are kept for 12 months before they are deleted.
